ANSWRQ uses a bring-your-own-provider model for AI-dependent features. Configure a supported provider in the ANSWRQ Settings area. Why connect an AI provider? A connected provider enables AI-dependent analysis such as business understanding, customer enquiry discovery, Answer Coverage and Qai conversations. Open ANSWRQ → Settings.Locate the AI provider/connection settings.Configure a supported provider and enter the required credentials.Save the settings and use the available connection/test function where provided. Any usage charges from a bring-your-own AI provider are separate from ANSWRQ and are controlled by that provider.
